#Crystal Cave: Created by the unparalleled forces of the Vatnajvkull ice cap, the Crystal Cave emerged as a result of its glacier meeting the Icelandic coastline. The cave’s ice dates back centuries, and its weight has pressed out all remnant air, so the resultant formation’s texture and colors are both brilliant and otherworldly. Access is via a 22-foot entrance at the water’s edge, though height clearance tapers down to only about 4 feet at the far end, about 150 feet in.
#IndianArchitecture: Distinguishing India’s architecture begins with its architecture code – Vastu Shastra. The “Vastu Shastra” doctrine (“science of construction”), much like the better-known “Feng Shui” principles of China, suggests that one should surround oneself with a satisfying home environment as part of the pursuit of a rewarding life. While some Vastu Shastra principles draw from Indian artistry, philosophy, and mathematics, many of its principles are based on traditional Hindu beliefs. For example, the “Mandala” is used in site planning and interior design construction, specifying where rooms should be placed according to climate (or according to religious beliefs) and suggesting that objects of spiritual significance should lie in the center of a space.

Here, the payment to developer, either by the buyer or the bank from which the loan is taken, is linked to construction milestones.
